Reports are that the Mets suspended pitcher Matt Harvey for three days for not showing up.  Harvey didn't show up because of a migraine.

Sounds like someone was on their period.  I guess his Midol wasn't doing its job.  Please continue to tell me how good he is.

Matt Harvey's season is over.  He's opted for season ending surgery due to thoracic something made up syndrome in his shoulder.

The Mets have placed Matt Harvey on the disabled list and he is being sent to a St. Louis vascular doctor.  Harvey Could be looking at season ending surgery, via The New York Times:

Sure all of those stories about Matt Harvey banging supermodels are nice.  But this new one about having blood clots in his bladder from not peeing enough is my favorite.

Samantha Hoopes and Hannah Furgeson were on Boomer & Carton and were grilled about their dating lives.  Both of them claim to have never dated anyone famous.

Andy Cohen asked Matt Harvey who has the biggest dick on the Mets.  Harvey pled the 5th.  That means that while he is the biggest dick on the Mets, he doesn't own the biggest dick.

Isn't there a certain joy to be had from watching Harvey be uncomfortable?

Matt Harvey is rumored to be dating another Victoria's Secret model.  He was on hand for last night's fashion show and seemed to be enjoying himself.

Harvey looks like he was checking out Kendall Jenner.  That lucky s.o.b.

The best team Joe Buck has ever seen in his 18 years of covering the World Series won it.  I'm afraid the excitement was too much and Buck needs some new underwear.

The Royals tied the game in the 9th, after Matt Harvey begged to stay in the game, and then won it with a 5 run 12th.  A 12th inning that was helped along by another Daniel Murphy error.

Matt Harvey, Wilmer Flores, Jacob DeGrom, and David Wright were all guests on Jimmy Kimmel.  Of course they have a little time to do talk shows before the World Series starts on Tuesday.

The audience was very into the Mets and even did a Let's Go Mets chant for good measure.

Matt Harvey missed a mandatory workout this morning at Citi Field.  Of course it's the end of the world because the playoffs are just a few days away for the Mets.

Harvey's original story was he was caught in traffic, but by the time he actually showed up he just said he screwed up.  Not very good timing on Harvey's part, with the way things between him and the Mets went toward the end of the season.

Not to mention the distraction is causes right before the playoffs, via Newsday:

"Obviously, today was not the greatest," said Harvey, who was dressed in sweats. "I know we had the mandatory workout and the last thing I ever want to do is not be here for my team. Basically, there's no excuse. I screwed up. I wasn't here. I showed up a little late. I've talked to Sandy [Alderson], talked to Terry, and my teammates. I've apologized to them and apologized to everybody. They understand."

Of course the media is getting blamed for making too much out of it.  Did they?  Probably, but when you try to get all of the attention you can, you have to understand that the attention is going to be there when you screw up too.

Scott Boras is the one who started the Matt Harvey innings limit talk.  At the request of his client.  Yep Matt Harvey, the same guy complaining about the 6 man rotation and being taken out of the game.

Boras reached out to Dr. James Andrews and ask about the amount of innings Harvey should pitch this season after his Tommy John surgery.  He did so after 140 innings had already been logged by the right hander.
