Heidi Watney continues to rule the MLB Network.  She did her Ice Bucket Challenge on TV.  While we were hoping for a Jenny Dell type performance from the Quick Pitch host, this will have to do.

She called out fellow MLB Network host Kevin Millar and his fellow former Red Sox teammate and MLB Analyst Pedro Martinez.

Heidi Watney absolutely owns the MLB Network.  She's such a force that she can't be confined to just the show she hosts.  She's become a regular on another MLB Network show, Intentional Talk.

On Tuesday afternoon the Quick Pitch host was making one of her appearances on IT when she schooled the guys on the art of karaoke.

After their lessons IT co-host Kevin Millar just let a ton of compliments fly Heidi's way, as only he can.  She let it go for a minute and then set them straight by telling them to stop kissing her ass.

The starters of the MLB All Star teams have been announced.  As Heidi Watney points out, the rest of the teams rosters haven't been announced yet (because everything is a major production).

ESPN's Britt McHenry will make you want to catch some spring training baseball.  She is just about the only thing worth checking out at the Phillies spring training facility.

McHenry is throwing her name into the contest for the hot blonde baseball chick title.  A title currently held down by MLB Network's Heidi Watney.

It's official Heidi, Britt is coming for you.
