The song "Lester Always Flips It Underhand" is set to "Walking In A Winter Wonderland" and pokes fun at Jon Lester's inability to throw the ball to first.  I love that about Lester and how much of a big deal is made about it when he's pitching, but there's no way he cares.

Lester gets the last laugh on this one with the checks he's banking and the curses he's breaking.  So he can't throw the ball to first base.  It's not in his job description.
