Le'Veon Bell posted and then deleted a video apologizing to Steelers fans for being suspended for the first three games of the season for the second straight year. Bell attempted to explain why he missed the drug tests that led to his suspension this season. Whoops. It's really hard to remember the details of events when you're a pothead.
