I don't think Ryan Lochte gets it at all.  Matt Lauer is clearly laying it out for him and he sits there with a blank stare.  He might really think he was robbed or a victim of some kind of extortion.  Whatever the case is, one thing is very clear, he's a fucking moron.

I think it's time for someone to sit him down and explain to him that he's not going to be competing in 2020.
