Kevin Garnett Dunked All Over Blake Griffin And Then Let Him Know About It

Kevin Garnett threw down a monster dunk all over Blake Griffin.  Then, as you'd expect from Garnett, he let Griffin know about it.

If you're Garnett and you just ran the floor like that and dunked on someone, you have to let them know about it.  Especially at his age.

The Timberwolves Fans Are Happy To Have Kevin Garnett Back

Kevin Garnett was traded back to his original team the Minnesota Timberwolves and the fans are happy about it.  Nobody was more happy about it than this guy.

KG recognized the fans dedication too.  Got to love the dude's effort.

Kevin Garnett Headbutted Dwight Howard And Got Ejected

Kevin Garnett and Dwight Howard got into a little shoving match underneath the basket after a whistle.  It escalated from there.  Garnett threw the ball at Howard's back then stepped up and delivered a nasty headbutt to Howard's jaw.

Garnett was obviously ejected from the game but not before the floor filled with players and Howard and Garnett were separated.  KG looked like he had had enough of Howard and was dying to get a piece of him.  But he'll have to wait until the two teams meet again because he hit the showers early in this one.

Kevin Garnett Blew In David West's Ear Drew A Technical Foul

Kevin Garnett pulled a Lance Stephenson and blew in David West's ear.  Garnett is known as a dude that likes to get under his opponent's skin.

Looks like the blow in the ear was the tipping point for West.  Garnett talked a lot of junk prior to his blowing in the ear stunt, that drew the shove and technical foul.

Kevin Garnett Tried To Bite Joakim Noah

I'm not really sure that Kevin Garnett intended to actually bite Joakim Noah or if it was a playful thing.  The two do have a history of getting into it with each other and the Bulls beat the Nets fairly easily on Sunday.

I'm sure Garnett was just messing around and probably trying to get into Noah's head a little.

The Heat Take Care of the Nets, Are Pierce and Garnett Finished?

The Miami Heat, as expected, took care of the Brooklyn Nets in a close game 5 to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.  After the game the focus for Nets media was on aging veterans Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.

Garnett didn't help matter leaving the arena without speaking to reporters and his future is not certain at this point.  He is clearly at the end of his career, but was this his last game?  We'll have to wait and see.

Pierce on the other hand indicated he has 1 or 2 more years left, but that they may not be in Brooklyn, via ESPN:
"I haven't really put much thought into it," Pierce said of what his future holds and if he wants to remain a Net. "I put my whole focus into this season, it's my last year of the contract. I will sit back and talk to the family and see where my options are from there and go from there."
Pierce, 36, will be an unrestricted free agent this summer and the Nets own his Bird Rights, which allows them to offer him more money than any other team.

"I think I still have something in the tank I can give a team," he added. "Maybe one or two (years) at the most."
If the money is right he'll be back in a Nets uniform, but the money could be right some where else and we may have seen the last of KG and Pierce on the floor together.
