Johnny Cueto Took A Line Drive To The Forehead And Stayed In The Game

Johnny Cueto wasn't in the best fielding position when he released his pitch, but was able to get enough of his head out of the way to avoid serious injury.  The ball appeared to glance off of his forehead before travelling into right center for a double.

Johnny Cueto's Complete Game Led The Royals To A Game 2 Victory

The Royals look very impressive and have taken a 2-0 lead in the World Series.  Last night wasn't as close as game 1 with Royals starter Johnny Cueto pitching a complete game and holding the Mets to just 2 hits and a run.

That performance was more than enough for the Royals offense as they were able to put up 7 runs on the Mets.

Johnny Cueto Is Taking This Shimmy Thing Too Far

Johnny Cueto doing the shimmy during his delivery was cute and all when he first started getting attention for it.  Now it's just annoying and it must be stopped.

Cueto took his shimmy to new heights last night on strike three to Nelson Cruz.

Oh and I feel like I need to point this out while I'm mentioning the Mariners, they're 74-79 and in 4th place in the AL West hahahahahaha!  All these idiots talking about how good they are before the season and they went out there and shit.

Now back to the shimmy.  Knock it off, it's novelty has worn off.

Brad Ausmus Complained About Johnny Cueto's Delivery After He Shutout The Tigers

Brad Ausmus is a baby.  The Tigers manager complained during Monday's shutout loss to the Royals about Johnny Cueto's delivery.  He has a problem with Cueto changing his delivery pitch to pitch, even claiming it was against the rules.

He pretty much just sounds like a big cry baby, via ESPN:
"Really, the way the rule reads, you're not supposed to even alter your motion," Ausmus said. "That's the way the rule reads. They don't enforce it. Well, he said if he stops it's an illegal pitch."
So is a slide step illegal?  Isn't that an alteration of your motion?  It's not magic, the ball still leaves his hand and ends up in his father's glove.  You watch the ball, you hit the ball.

Quit crying and hit the baseball.
