Fabricio Werdum was supposed to fight Cain Velasquez at UFC 207. But the Nevada Athletic Commission will not allow Velasquez to fight.

Fabricio Werdum Submitted Cain Velasquez To Take The Heavyweight Title
In the main event at UFC 188 Fabricio Werdum beat Cain Velasquez in the 3rd round by submitting him. Werdum is now the UFC's new heavyweight champ.
Velasquez came out swinging and tired himself out. In the third round he went for a lazy takedown and left his neck in a vulnerable spot. Werdum took advantage and forced Velasquez to tap with a choke.
