The New York Yankees are extending the protective netting at Yankee Stadium in 2018. An extremely soft move by an increasingly soft society.
First soft people ruined football, now they're ruining the fan experience down the lines at baseball games. The next thing you know fans will be required to wear protective bubbles.
It would be a real shame if everyone who is for extending the protective netting gets hit by a car on the way to the game.
