Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier welcomed Browns rookie quarterback Deshon Kizer to the NFL with a cheap helmet to the ribs.

The hit came as Kizer was sliding and was flagged.  Kizer stayed on the ground for a half a second contemplating his career choice.

Shazier, despite leading with his head, popped right to his feet.  He'll pay for it later when he struggles to dress and feed himself.
