Erin Andrews attempted to explain the salty face she once made during a marriage proposal on Dancing with the Stars.  Her eyes roll was to keep herself from getting emotional.  She wasn't jealous at all.

So she says.  We know her now fiance, Jarret Stoll, hadn't proposed at the time and she really wanted that engagement ring.

Erin isn't a hopeless romantic, who would become emotional at the sight of a marriage proposal.  She all but confirmed that later when she said she's not a fan of proposals at games.
