It looks and sounds a lot worse than it is. Michigan State guard Eron Harris came down awkwardly on his right leg and stayed on the floor in a lot of pain. It looked initially as if he might have suffered a significant knee injury.
Harris would eventually be taken off of the court on a stretcher. The reports following the game were that Harris suffered a severely sprained knee and he would have an MRI on the knee when they returned to Michigan.
