During Monday night's Panthers-Redskins game, quarterback Cam Newton took a big shot to the head while sliding.  That's supposed to be flagged.  Instead he was flagged for flipping the ball at the defender.

During last night's Giants-Eagles game Carson Wentz was lightly touched as he came to a stop after sliding and a flag was thrown immediately.  How are there a different set of rules when it comes to Cam?

Peanut Tillman has the same question and the soft ass call for Carson Wentz.
