Matthew Stafford was tackled by his former teammate Nick Fairley.

Before Stafford could get up he caught a casual knee to the back of his head by a Saints defender.  Then Fairley slapped Stafford right in the face as he stood up.

There was no penalty on these cheap, after the whistle, shots.  The Saints might be back on that Bountygate tip.
