Chauncey Billups said, during a talk on NBA Countdown, that he played with players who smoked marijuana.  He also claimed the players played better high, "I honestly played with players, I'm not going to name names, of course I'm not, not something I'm gonna do.  I wanted them to actually smoke, they played better like that."

Of course there are guys who smoke weed in the NBA.  I say let them smoke all the weed they want.
