According to his girlfriend Rachel Bush, Jordan Poyer is on his way home.  He has been hospitalized since Sunday with a lacerated kidney, torn liver and bruised lung after a being hit with a huge blindside block.

The Browns placed Poyer on injured reserve.  But as his girlfriend says, at least he's coming home.
