Nebraska sent out 10 players on their first 4th down to pay respect to punter Sam Foltz, who died in a car accident in the offseason. Nebraska was penalized for a delay of game. A penalty that was refused by Fresno State.
There were other tributes to their fallen punter throughout the 43-10 victory.
