Russian diver Nadezhda Bazhina received a zero after she screwed up her dive and turned into a back flop.  It's one of my favorite moments from the Olympics up to this point.

I love that it's clearly a bad dive.  So many of the dives look exactly the same.  This one though is so bad it looks like she's never tried this dive before.
