Former NBA player Gilbert Arenas said "fuck you and them four kids" to his baby mama Laura Govan in a recorded phone call.  Arenas is a fucking nut but saying that about your own kids is some low shit.  No Chill Gil living up to his Instagram handle.

Arenas took to Instagram to explain himself with a rant that makes you wish Instagram had a lower character limit.  There really isn't a way to explain this away either.  It's been recorded, it isn't a he said she said.

He has to check into rehab or tell the world he's been partying with Johnny Manziel or something to try and distract people from the fact that he said fuck his kids.
