I guarantee you won't see many owners of a NBA team do this.  Clippers owner Steve Ballmer dunked a basketball at halftime of the Nets-Clippers game.  With the help of a trampoline of course.

Even with the trampoline Ballmer barely got high enough to throw it down.  And I'm not a fan of him not hanging on the rim.

You're the owner if you want to dunk it, then dunk it and hang all over the rim.
