Rex Ryan wore a helmet to his press conference today and not because it's finally been determined that he is a danger to himself and others.  Don't get me wrong, he is a danger to himself and others.  Just not the helmet kind of danger.

No he wore a Clemson helmet because his son plays football there.  Well he's on the team...he doesn't play.  His son is a wide receiver and only has two catches.

So it's an extreme act to show up wearing a helmet of the team your son barely plays on, but that's Rex.
