Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban, has struck again. The savvy business man proved once again he'll do just about anything to close a deal.
Cuban presented Houston Rockets free agent, Chandler Parsons, with an offer sheet to join the Mavericks. That isn't the savvy part he did so in a night club.
Parsons signed the offer sheet and the move now forces the Rockets to match the offer or lose a young rising star.
