Alabama Loses Game on Missed Field Goal Return

That's right! Alabama attempted a 57 yard field goal with on second on the clock that fell short and was returned 109 yards for the game winning TD!

Unbelievable right? Well it happened. Inexplicably Nick Saban sent out the field goal unit instead of running out the clock and taking his chances in OT. Proving for the second week in a row that God is an Auburn fan, check it out.

Michigan Goes for Two and The Win!...But Didn't Get It

Michigan had a chance to tie the game against Ohio State with 32 seconds left in the game but elected to try for two. I guess they have a thing against overtime or something.

The two point conversion failed and Ohio State remains undefeated.

It's rivalry weekend in College Football and will rivalry comes fighting. Ohio St. and Michigan couldn't help themselves.

Well at least the Ohio St. kick returner Dontre Wilson couldn't help himself. He was apparently tackled too hard and got up ready to brawl. The actions started a fight that lead to Wilson and fellow Buckeye Marcus Hall as well as Michigan Wolverine Royce Jenkins-Stone all being ejected.

Minnesota Vikings cornerback A.J. Jefferson has been charged with a felony after his girlfriend claims he choked her. Via Gossip We Love:

Jefferson's girlfriend claims:

“[A.J.] Grabbed my neck and I could not breath. He then picked me up by the neck and threw me off the bed and onto the floor.”

Soon after the incident she appeared at the police station with red marks on her neck, which was why Jefferson was charged for the crime and arrested that night.

The very next day A.J. was cut by the Minnesota Vikings!

Le'Veon Bell Almost Scored Possible Game Tying Touchdown

Le'Veon Bell almost scored a possible game tying touchdown, except his helmet was knocked off and he took a little turkey day nap.

Bell took a helmet to helmet shot to the head and the play ended when his helmet flew off. He didn't score but the Steelers scored a couple plays later but couldn't convert on a two point conversion or onside kick.

The Ravens took the game 22-20.

Oh My God Selena Gomez Did a Halftime Show in Dallas

Selena Gomez stole the show from the Raiders and Cowboys with her halftime show. Between the turkey and the ex Disney stars incredible performance I had no strength left for the second half.

Dallas ended up winning the game 31-24 but who cares Selena's performance, complete with Dallas cheerleaders, was much more impressive.

Aaron Rodgers' Mustache Not Enough to Save Packers

Aaron Rodgers' sweet mustache is not enough to help the Packers. They were smashed 40-10 on Thanksgiving day by the Detroit Lions. If the NFC central wasn't so piss poor I'd say the Packers were out of it but surprisingly the team is still in it. But Rodgers better find some mustache strength and get back out there.

Patriots Outlast Broncos

Tom Brady and the Patriots were down 24-0 at the half. So the Broncos and Peyton Manning have it in the bag, right? Not exactly.

Tom Brady and the Patriots marched back and at the end of regulation the game was tied 31-31. Off to overtime where the Patriots won the toss and gave it to Manning.

Both teams stopped the first drive of the opposing team. Then on a punt the Broncos make a mistake and touch the ball and the Patriots recover it, leading to the game winning field goal.

Jameis Winston's DNA Matches DNA Taken From Accuser

Flush! Do you hear that? That's Jameis Winston's Heisman Trophy chances going down the toilet. And if charges are filed Florida State's National Championship hopes. Because his DNA matches DNA taken from the accuser.

But neither of these thing matter in the grand scheme of things- especially if his accuser is telling the truth. Then we have a victim.

We can confirm that the two did indeed have sexual contact. Winston's silence on the matter only proves to fuel the accusers story and make it seem as if she is indeed telling the truth. If I was accused of something I didn't do you would certainly hear me deny it!

So the arbitration hearing involving A Rod and his suspension for performance enhancing drugs has increased it's entertainment value. A Rod walked out after Bud Selig refused to testify during the hearing, apparently a sticking point for the Yankees third basemen.

Detroit Traded Prince Fielder

Detroit's bills are due and the spending spree is over, time to dump salaries! The Detroit Free Press hinted at this a couple days ago, now it's come to life- the Tigers have started the salary dump by trading Prince Fielder to the Rangers for Ian Kinsler.

At the annual general managers meetings in mid-November, club executives explore deals. At those meetings four years ago, media reports emerged that the Tigers had told teams that Curtis Granderson was available. Within weeks, they traded him to the Yankees.

There are now reports that at last week’s GM meetings, the Tigers told clubs they will listen to trade offers for Max Scherzer, Prince Fielder and Rick Porcello. Each is a logical trade candidate.

So it looks like it's going to be an active winter.

A week after being released by the Atlanta Falcons, 30 year old Thomas Howard died in a car accident. The accident killed another man. Howard was driving at a high rate of speed and is believed to be the person who caused the accident.

Tim Hudson signs a two year deal with the San Francisco Giants. The former Oakland Athletic is leaving the Atlanta Braves and heading back west.

Panthers Beat Patriots, Are they Legit

After starting 1-3 the Panthers have now won 6 in a row and defeated the 49ers and Patriots in back to back weeks. So the question now is, are they legit? Do they still need to prove anything?

The game ended with the refs first throwing a flag and then picking it up and ending the game. See the controversial final play here, which by the way I think they got right- according to the rules anyway.

Mario Chalmers Ejected and Suspended for Forearm

Mario Chalmers was first ejected and now has been suspended for a game for what looks like an inadvertent forearm to the face of Dirk Nowitzki.

At first glance it looks bad but if you look closely Chalmers' arm was being held and when he pulled it away he hit Dirk. He also immediately throws his hands up to indicate he didn't do it on purpose.

Chalmers took to twitter to defend himself.

ABC News called the news that Tony Dorsett has been diagnosed with CTE, "shocking." Shocking? The man suffered repeated head trauma and CTE is brought on by head trauma. Not really all that shocking. 2+2 seems to equal 4 in that equation.

This Might Be The Worst Call Ever

During the Buffalo vs Ohio game on last night this play was ruled intentional grounding. Okay seems like a fair call right? Except the fact that the referee ruled it happened in the end zone and called a safety on the play. Which is not reviewable. So the safety call stood. It is one of the worst calls I've ever seen in any sport.

The Miami Dolphins Suspend Richie Incognito

The Miami Dolphins have suspended Richie Incognito while the NFL investigates the bullying claims of Jonathan Martin. While not the only player accused in the bullying of Martin he is viewed as the ring leader.

Texans Coach Gary Kubiak Collapsed at Halftime

The Texans coach Gary Kubiak collapsed after 21-3 first half lead over the Colts. Whatever happened isn't expected to keep him from returning to work today and continue coaching this season. Although no official word on what happened has been released, I think I know.

Somehow when he closed his eyes he saw the second half and knew that the Texans were going to blow their lead. That explains why he couldn't open his eyes or stand up. On a positive note I think they've found a new quarterback as Case Keenum had a great game.

Check Out Giovani Bernard's Run on Thursday Night

Giovani Bernard had an incredible run on Thursday Night. It looked an awful lot like a Barry Sanders run. No I'm not comparing the two as players just this particular run reminded me of Barry.

The Dolphins kept it close and ultimately pulled off the upset in overtime on a safety. Final score 22-20.
