Skip Bayless got a little emotional addressing his departure from ESPN and First Take.  He admitted to being in love with Stephen A Smith and gave "much love, even to the haters."

It sounds to me like our pal Stephen A has some secrets he doesn't want to get out.  He is really mad at D'Angelo Russell for secretly recording Nick Young admitting to cheating on his girlfriend.

Stephen A. Smith took to First Take and responded to Kevin Durant calling him a liar.  Smith started his comments out by calling Durant a liar then progressed to threatening him.

Not with violence, but by saying that KD didn't want Smith as an enemy.  Who does this guy think he is?  I'm sure KD is very afraid of his little threat.

The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous.

That's right.  Shock sports "journalist" Stephen A. Smith said on First Take Monday that, "Aaron Hernandez told Robert Kraft he was innocent too."  Those words came out of his mouth, with a straight face.

He's of course comparing Hernandez to Tom Brady and murder with deflating footballs.

Is he for real with this garbage?  Or is he now just at a point where he wants to piss people of by saying the most idiotic thing he can think up?

Stephen A. Smith pretty much just accused Chip Kelly of being racist on ESPN's First Take.  His argument is that Kelly has gotten rid of DeSean Jackson, LeSean McCoy and Jeremy Maclin while keeping Riley Cooper.

Signing Cooper to a contract doesn't help Kelly's case, but it's highly unlikely he's making roster moves based on race.  With all of the hard to grasp changes Kelly is making to the Eagles roster, labelling it racist is easier to explain than what is really going on.

Because lets face it, trading these players or letting them walk doesn't make a ton of sense.

Turns out Johnny Manziel does have a problem with alcohol.  Johnny Alcohol checked into a treatment facility.  Looks like Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless knew what they were talking about.

Why is the media still insanely pushing deflategate?  Why are players claiming that there is an advantage to deflating a football?  And why in the world is Mark Brunell crying after Tom Brady's press conference?

Especially when this video from Sports Science debunks the thought that a deflated ball gave the Patriots an advantage.

Let us not forget that the Patriots scored 28 of their 45 points in the second half after the footballs had been discovered to be low on air and were filled back up.  Or the fact that Brady's second half numbers were better than his first half with deflated footballs.

Also LaGarrette Blount had 30 carries for 148 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Were those stata the result of a deflated ball?  Come on give me a break.

Is it an NFL rule?  Yes.  Does breaking the rule give you an unfair advantage?  No.

It doesn't matter what Michael Wilbon, Stephen A Smith or Troy Aikman's dumbass thinks.  Deflategate is over, lets talk about the Super Bowl.

Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless, trashed Josh Gordon and Johnny Manziel this morning on their show.  The First Take guys took issue with the fact that both Gordon and Manziel missed team obligations on Saturday following a night of partying on Friday.

That is fair.  Gordon did miss the team walk through and Manziel was late for scheduled rehab.

With the Dallas Cowboys win yesterday they won the NFC East and Stephen A. Smith lost a bet.  Smith wore a I love Jerry Jones shirt on First Take as punishment.

Smith took it a step further by showering praise on the entire Cowboys team.  It's always a good time when Stephen A. loses a bet.

Yes Skip Bayless actually said that Kobe Bryant had trouble selling shoes until he was accused of sexual assault. Because Kobe was too clean before that and it added "sizzle."

As you can tell by the hosts reaction she can't believe what she just heard.  It's not the first time stupid things have been said on this show.  Remember when Stephen A. Smith placed blame on domestic violence victims.

UPDATE – Tuesday, July 29, 2014, 4:35 p.m. ET: “ESPN announced today that Stephen A. Smith will not appear on First Take or ESPN Radio for the next week. He will return to ESPN next Wednesday.”

With that suspension Smith will miss five shows.  Remember Ray Rice was only suspended two games.

So a man who didn't strike a woman and leave her unconscious receives a harsher punishment for misspeaking about the incident than the man who actually struck the woman and knocked her out!

What the fuck is going on?

Stephen A. Smith found a defender of his "the woman shouldn't provoke the man" comments.  Comments that Smith has since apologized for making.
