Robert Griffin III cleaned out his Redskins locker today for the last time.  He will likely be released in the offseason with Kirk Cousins taking the top spot on the depth chart.

It's kind of a sad thing to watch.

The Packers and their fans are happy with their team's performance in the win over the Redskins.  They shouldn't be, the wake up call is coming in Arizona.

But we'll let them enjoy their win over the team from the worst division in the NFL.  Part of that is watching Randall Cobb mock Kirk Cousins with a "you like that" as he headed into the locker room.

It's going to be fun watching them lose to the Cardinals.  Then we cans ask Cobb if he likes it.

The Redskins beat the Saints 47-14 on Sunday.  After the game Chris Baker interrupted Kirk Cousins' interview by repeating his, "you like that?"  If you're a fan of the Redskins you do.

They were the only team from the awful NFC East to win yesterday.  Somehow at 4-5 Washington is in a tie for second place.

Man the NFC East is bad and wide open.

Kirk Cousins said Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T.  There are a lot of football fans and experts that would agree with that statement.

The odd part of it was that the Washington Redskins posted the statement on their Twitter account.  Sounds like they're kissing the rings a little.

Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins was a little fired up after the comeback win over the Buccaneers.  He walked passed the media and screamed, "you like that!"

My first though after seeing this, was wait you're fired up after beating the Buccaneers?  Then I said to myself, you were down by 24 to the Buccaneers?

They celebrate any victory in Washington like they just won the Super Bowl.  It's been a long time since they had consistent winning.

The Eagles have dropped 3 of their first 4 games.  The Redskins beat them with a touchdown pass at the end of the game.

Kirk Cousins found Pierre Garcon in the end zone for the winning touchdown.  Garcon took a pretty good shot, but held on for the win.


The Chip Kelly system looks pretty ugly right now and the Eagles are digging a hole for themselves.

The soap opera that is the Washington Redskins continues.  After rumors surfaced over the weekend that they were trying to trade Robert Griffin III, the Redskins announced Monday that Kirk Cousins will be the starting quarterback for 2015.

What a turn of events.  Do we need anymore proof that Jay Gruden isn't a fan of RG3?

First he left him in preseason game after repeatedly take huge shots, then held him out of last week's preseason game after conflicting reports on his concussion situation.  Now he named Cousins as the starter for all of 2015, while repeatedly saying, "moving forward."

If you're RG3 you have to want a change of scenery.

The Redskins lost Monday night to the Seahawks 27-17.  The game wasn't a blow out for once, but plays like this one by Morgan Moses lost the game for the Redskins.

It looks as if Morgan forgot where he was or fell asleep.  Something happened and Kirk Cousins paid the price.

Mike Shanahan benches RGIII for the rest of the season.  Is it a move by Shanahan to get fired?  Is it to protect RGIII?  Or some sort of guilt because he played RGIII too long last year or too early this season?

No one will really know, what we do know is Kirk Cousins will be starting the next three weeks.  What is likely is there will be a coaching change in Washington next season.
