The Royals used a 5 run 6th inning to take game 2. In the inning Giants reliever
Hunter Strickland gave up a home run that sparked words between him and several Royals.
I'm not sure what set Strickland off, it could've been he was originally mad at himself. The home run Strickland gave up was the 5th this postseason. Not to mention he only pitched in 7 innings at the major league level before the postseason.
Whatever it was he ended up in a shouting match with
Salvador Perez, who didn't even hit the home run, and then ended up yelling at several Royals.
Tempers cooled after the incident and the Royals coasted to a 7-2 victory.
