Carlos Gomez might be on a new team but he's still the same old asshole.  He first makes an ass of himself by yelling and throwing his bat after a fly out.

At this point it was a 9-0 game and that kind of stuff you can put in your bag and bring it back tot the field the next day.  Gomez then started yelling at the Yankees bench before the benches temporarily cleared.

If this jackass doesn't have one buried in his ribs tomorrow old school baseball is dead.

According Mets GM, Sandy Alderson, there is no deal and there will not be a deal for Carlos Gomez.  He went on to blame the media and social media for getting ahead of the story and for making Wilmer Flores cry during the game.

Could this night be more of a perfect picture of how things go with the Mets?  I mean it's a deal that actually makes sense, looks like it almost happened and then Alderson acts like there weren't even trade talks and the trade deadline isn't approaching.

Brewers outfielder Carlos Gomez signed a 3 years $24 million dollar contract back and 2013 and it appears as if Gomez let the money go to his head.  Thant's because he actually spends time googling "rich people conversations," so he'll know what to talk about with rich people, via SI:

[Braun] says that recently Gomez informed him, while holding a plate full of kiwi, that the fruit had three times as much potassium as bananas. “I asked him how he heard it,” Braun says. “He told me, now that he’s wealthy, he’s been Googling rich-people conversation so he know what to talk to wealthy people about, and he came across that data.”

Now that this little bit of information is out there I wonder if he'll be googling how to make teammates disappear.  I'm pretty sure he didn't want the world to know of his googling habits.

Carlos Gomez apparently has too much time on his hands, the Brewers outfielder colored his goatee pink for Mother's Day.  And really nothing says "Happy Mother's Day" like pink facial hair.

The Easter brawl between the Pirates and Brewers has resulted in suspensions.  Martin Maldonado receives the harshest of the suspensions (five games) for his punch to Travis Snider's eye.  Maldonado knocked the cover off of the ball and the bruise into Snider's eye all in the same series.  Happy Easter everyone, see the punch below.

Carlos Gomez of the Milwaukee Brewers is an asshole.  First he stands and watches a ball he hits, that didn't go over the fence, then goes nuts after the pitcher says something to him.  If you wanna stand there and watch make sure it's over the fence and you have to expect that people aren't going to like it when you stand and watch it.  So take the criticism like a man.

The benches cleared after Gomez had something said to him for standing and watching a ball that hit the top of the fence.  I get there are two sides to this coin and if you don't want him to stand there and watch it then get him out, I get it.  But if you stand there and watch and someone says something, be a man about it.

Carlos Gomez acts like an asshole after hitting a home run but the Braves don't let him get away with it.  Brian McCann blocks home plate and Carlos Gomez gets ejected without stepping on home.  Needless to say the benches clear.
