The Jets didn't even make the playoffs this season. But that didn't stop Jets receiver Brandon Marshall from saying that they were better than both teams in the Super Bowl.
That's right, he said the Jets were better than the Broncos and Panthers. I think that hat might be on too tight.

Brandon Marshall Instagrammed His Elephant Foot
Brandon Marshall's ankle injury has caused what he calls elephant foot. The Jets receiver is on the injury report, but listed as probable for Sunday's game.
Marshall's elephant foot looks painful and like it would be difficult to run with. Especially for a guy who is getting ready to play football in the NFL.

Brandon Marshall Pulled Off The Worst Jets Play Since The Butt Fumble
Late in the second quarter of the Jets 24-17 loss to the Eagles, Brandon Marshall pulled off the worst Jets play since the infamous butt fumble. Marshall himself called it, "probably the worst play in NFL history."
While I wouldn't say that, the play is pretty bad.
The Jets were down 17-0 at the time late in the second quarter. Marshall had just caught a pass for a 15 yard gain. As he was going to the ground he attempted to lateral the ball to a teammate.
Instead of the ball going to his teammate, it hit an Eagles defender in the helmet and the Eagles recovered the ball. That setup another Eagles touchdown before halftime and proved to be the deciding score.

Peyton Manning Dropped F Bomb In Postgame Speech
The Denver Broncos gave out two game balls following their come from behind win on Thursday night. One to linebacker Brandon Marshall and the other to quarterback Peyton Manning.
It was Marshall's strip of the ball that lead to the game winning touchdown and he received his game ball first. His speech was short and sweet, "great f-ing win."
When it was Manning's turn he did the unexpected and said the same thing Marshall did.

Broncos Linebacker Brandon Marshall Defended Peyton Manning
Everyone is screaming that Peyton Manning's arm strength is gone and this is the beginning of the end for the future hall of famer. Everyone except for his teammates.

Sure he ended last season poorly. But he was injured and up to that point played well. Let's give him a few more weeks before we declare his career over.
Remember when they said Brady's career was over after the Patriots loss to the Chiefs? Yeah he went on to win his 4th Super Bowl.

Brandon Marshall Said Kyle Orton Is The Best QB He Ever Played With
Brandon Marshall answered fan questions on Twitter. He had a surprising response to a question about the best quarterback he ever played with. Marshall answered Kyle Orton.
No I'm not kidding and that clearly sets th record straight on how things are between Marshall and his once good buddy Jay Cutler.
Marshall played with Cutler in both Denver and Chicago for a total of six seasons. No matter how you slice it, Cutler has better numbers than Orton. It must be a parting shot from the newly acquired Jets receiver.

The Bears Are Trading Brandon Marshall To The Jets
According to Adam Schefter the Bears have agreed to trade Brandon Marshall to the Jets.
That gives the Jets a pretty good one two punch at wide receiver with Marshall and Eric Decker. The trade also makes it unlikely that the team will resign Percy Harvin.
Now they have to find someone to throw them the ball. It doesn't appear Geno Smith is the answer at quarterback.

According to Terry Boers of 670 The Score in Chicago, the Bears are preparing to part ways with Brandon Marshall. The Bears had an awful year that resulted in the firing of both Chicago's GM and head coach. Now if the Marshall news is correct they might be prepared to blowup the team too.
If Marshall is somehow moved in the off season will the Bears keep quarterback Jay Cutler or attempt to move him as well? The first thing they need to do is hire a new general manager so they can begin to answer some of their roster questions.

A bad season just got worse for the Bears. Brandon Marshall will miss the rest of the season after breaking two ribs and injuring a lung last night against Dallas. Marshall took a knee to the back after making a catch and was in immediate pain. He would be taken to the hospital during the game.

Brandon Marshall Offers Internet Troll 5k To Fight Him
Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall offered a fan $5,000 to fight him in a ring. The story is the troll is a Lions fan and said something about Marshall's mother. After a back and forth on twitter Marshall upped the money to $25,000 and accepted the offer to do it in Detroit.

Brandon Marshall Was Unhappy With Bears Offense Following Loss
Brandon Marshall called out the Bears offense following a loss to the Dolphins. A loss that the Bears only scored 14 points in and failed to score in the entire first half.
The Bears are now 3-4 on the season and Marshall repeatedly called the loss "unacceptable."

Brandon Marshall Made a Great One Handed Catch For a TD
Brandon Marshall was playing hurt against the 49ers on Sunday Night, but that didn't stop him. Marshall had three touchdowns and this one handed catch for a touchdown before the half was great.
Marshall's three TDs led the Bears to a 28-20 victory over the 49ers.
