David Ortiz is so full of himself that he actually said he wants a standing ovation from Yankees fans when he plays his final game in New York, via New York Post:

“You know what I want most of all?’’ Big Papi told The Post on Tuesday at JetBlue Park. “I would love it if the fans at Yankee Stadium gave me a standing ovation.’’

Who the fuck does that?

It's supposed to be a spur of the moment thing.  You don't ask for a standing ovation it just happens.

I don't think Ortiz should be granted his little wish.  Even before he asked for it.  He's not an opponent Yankees fans respect.  He's an arrogant, PED using jackass.

Do you think Red Sox fans are going to give A-Rod a standing ovation his last trip to Fenway?  Hell no because they hate his ass.

These two aren't Mariano Rivera or Derek Jeter.  They don't have the respect of other team's fans.

As much as I hate to admit it I'd give Dustin Pedroia a standing ovation, because I can respect that little shit.  But not Ortiz!

I say when Ortiz goes through the Bronx one last time Yankees fans should give every other Red Sox player a standing ovation.  One last fuck you to Big Papi.
